Abhiskek was an awesome host, he meet us there at check-in (11:15pm). He was very nice host to work with, I do definitely look forward to working with him in the future. I highly recommend using him.

This was a great place for a family vacation! Three pools with access to the beach easily. Nice condo that is well kept up and pools are clean. Easy access to both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Please was clean with many things you need for a stay. Beds were comfortable and loved the kid themed room with puppy sheets. We would stay here again.

Our second visit here was just as amazing as the first! Abhishek provided all information we could need to make check in/check out as easy as possible. We even received a list of local restaurants, activities, and other information to make our trip fun and enjoyable. All of my questions were answered quickly! I always felt like the hosts were accessible if we needed them. Immaculately cleaned and beautifully designed!

We loved our stay at Abhishek’s place. They were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs. The view of the ocean and the covered porch was definitely our favorite spot. My kids really enjoyed all of the pools and snuggled up on the couches to relax after long days in the sun. We would absolutely book here again next time we come to town. Their food recommendations were spot on, and I felt it had all of the amenities to make our family relaxed and comfortable during our vacation. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

This was thought to be ideal for our stay of six which included four kids ranging 6-16 yrs old…This place exceeded our expectations! Cozy, neat, clean, spacious, loved the gold accents, a balcony w/ beach view and located close to the indoor pool & hot tub for the cooler weather we had. My teenagers enjoy playing outdoor basketball, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub & walks on the beach. Has a lot to offer to keep kids entertained. This is a gated community w/ an active HOA - was a good experience - friendly & helpful with my questions. I did have to reach out to our host first night regarding extra sheets for the trundle bed - they answered quickly and we had the sheets inhand before bed - amazing response and resolution timing. The only thing that could have made this stay better was if there wasn’t active construction on and around the buildings and other community buildings BUT that did not stop us from enjoying our stay! We will book again next year.

The amenities at this property were exceptional. Three outdoor pools, indoor pool, tennis, pickleball, game room hot tub, on-site food available and of course the beautiful beach! Really wouldn’t have to leave. Can’t say enough about the beautiful decor, high-end linens and appliances and more than fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely rent again!

I had an amazing vacation. The place looks even better in person. Super clean and it’s literally right off the beach. I will be staying here the next time I visit.

The home was absolutely immaculate. The linens, the furniture, the pillows, the bathrooms, everything was absolutely SPOTLESS. He was an amazing host, very clear instructions and a minimal check out list to complete. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook after going to the grocery store. I cannot say enough good things about the stay. We would absolutely stay again when we come back to town. Absolutely a 5 star stay!

This home is conveniently located, spacious, and in a fantastic position for easy access in the community. The layout features spacious bedrooms both up and down with a room layout creating privacy for family members or several parties staying together. Kitchen is very wide open with spacious dining and living areas that are well-decorated and uncluttered. All furnishings and bathrooms were very clean and the home is very well maintained. It also features a private fenced back yard that is a fun space for those with kids or wanting to take a break outside.

This was our second stay at this home and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The host is very good with communication. The place is beautifully decorated, very homey and warm environment. The appliances and furniture are very good quality. Everything about this locations is peaceful. We definitely would stay here again!

Abhishek was very informative and helpful. The house was extremely well maintained and thoughtfully curated. Amenities were great as well.

What a beautiful home to stay. It had everything we needed. The place was spotless! We really enjoyed the stay and we will be back again!

This is the fourth time that I’ve stayed at one of Abhishek’s properties. It would have been five but not surprisingly he fully booked on a previous occasion. After our first stay a few years ago, we always looked for his properties first on subsequent trips. Each property, including this first stay at this particular location, are always in pristine condition. Every room is spotless and everything is in working order. I appreciate his attention to detail on all items throughout the house. If I’m ever in Greenville again, I won’t look for anywhere else to stay. The standard that he has set has just made things more difficult for any other host, whether private home or hotel room. Each of his places feel like home to me and my family.

Excellent place to stay, has everything that you could need and the space is just right will absolutely reserve again in the future.

This house truly felt like home; it was both beautiful and remarkably spacious.

Wonderful place! It was cozy without being cramped, and had everything we needed for a few day’s stay. My wife was very pleased with the toiletries provided, especially that toothpaste and makeup supplies were handy! The communication from Abhishek was always very helpful and businesslike. We were in town for a funeral, so we were mainly using it as a place to crash after emotionally taxing days so can’t comment much on how enjoyable the location was, but we felt very comfortable in the space. Where we’re in Greenville next (hopefully on happier terms) we’d love to stay here again!

Really enjoyed the home, exceptional host and local to everything we needed. Will definitely be requesting to rent again.

I wish I lived at this place. Very nice, clean and the SPACE was amazing.

Came from NYC with family to visit in laws and have a getaway while still working the office remotely. I have to say I love the chic decor, it a gem of a place in a small town. Luxurious with great toiletries amenities child friendly. Fireplace a nice touch. A very good central heating and cooling it was convenient as I was not expecting it to be 30 degrees for thanksgiving! The cold came with us I guess from up east. Abhishek was a great host. Looking to stay again for brother in laws college graduation next year!

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this place more. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully set up, making it easy to feel right at home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Excellent stay!! Don’t hesitate, book this wonderful home today! The property was spotless and had everything needed during our stay. We were visiting Greenville to attend our family member’s ECU graduation. The home is close to the university in a very quiet neighborhood. Abhishek went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests. Thank you, Abhishek! We appreciate you being a GREAT host! If we are ever back in Greenville, this will be our home away from home!

We had an amazing stay! It looks just like the pictures, the house was spotless, and it had all the amenities we needed for a lovely stay. I would definitely book here again!

The townhome was in a quiet setting. The furnishings were new and in excellent shape. Could not have asked for a nicer place to spend a few days while attending our son’s thesis presentation at ECU.

The house felt like home to us. It was very clean. The location was perfect. We would highly recommend anyone to rent this house. We travel a lot and primarily stay in homes and this house was the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed in. We we vacation again in North Carolina, we will surely rent this house again.

The place was beautiful and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The beds are very comfortable. Would love to stay there again.

Great place! Very quiet neighborhood. The house was completely clean and everything feels new and fresh. Mattresses were very comfortable! Kids loved having a tv they could watch from bed. Had nice towels, bath products, and coffee for the morning. Will definitely stay here next time we are in the area!

This place is absolutely 5 stars. The host are super kind & responsive. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. I can’t get over how clean and comfortable the house was. I have zero complaints!! Definitely my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed at ♥️. I will be staying in this location anytime i’m in the area. I appreciate the host very much for making this trip great!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Wish our schedule would have allowed a longer stay. The space was immaculately clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice fluffy towels. Travel soaps were a nice touch and impressed my teenagers. We came for a college tour and the location was perfect. We will be back!!!!! Highly recommend a stay!!!

We had a great stay for our time in Greenville. The home was spacious, clean and peaceful. Perfect for our time here!

Great stay! This my second stay and will stay again!

I had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. It’s in a newer community that is in a great location and quiet. Downtown and the hospital are conveniently located as well as ECU. It’s exactly as described and pictured. I highly recommend staying here when in Greenville. I’ll definitely be staying here if I’m ever back in town!

This was a wonderful stay!! We stayed for the ECU Senior Night football game. Everything looks just like the pictures, all the amenities are top-notch, and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The location is within a reasonable distance to anything you would need or want to do. The host was very responsive and detail-oriented! One thing that we really appreciated, and it’s a testament to the host’s proactiveness, was that all the light switches were labeled!! LoL I hate visiting a place and having to play Whack ‘a Mole with the wall switches trying to find the right one I’m looking for! Truly a nice detailed touch! Highly recommend and will definitely look to book again!

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay in Greenville! We had family in for a family wedding and the house was perfect! The interior was so clean it looked brand new! Very quiet neighborhood as well. We will come back again to stay for a ECU game weekend!

Our stay was amazing ! The place was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable trip. You can tell the host really pays attention to detail and cares about their guests. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay when we visited for a gymnastics meet. The neighborhood was nice and everything seemed new in the house. We really appreciate the extra toiletries. The rooms were great and the largest bathroom was amazing.

We had an AMAZING stay!!!!! The property was EXACTLY as the pictures depicted. This is a five star establishment. The fact that the property has live tv was a major A + this trip. Overall, our visit was SPECTACULAR!!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had a wonderful stay! There were 5 of us (3 generations) in town for my son’s ECU graduation and everyone was comfortable. The house was very clean, there was plenty of space, beds were comfortable and the toiletries were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Close proximity to the shopping, the medical district, and the highway. Their home was clean and well kept. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

I stayed at Namaste Y’all, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal; it is close to everything but still peaceful. The house was spotless, honestly the cleanest ABB I’ve ever stayed in. It had all the comforts of home, with every detail considered, from the essentials to the little touches that made the stay easy and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and welcoming, which made it feel extra special. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The house is flawless. Abhishek is a thoughtful and considerate host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

The house was immaculate!! The towels were seriously the BEST!! Host has great suggestions of local things to do. House is located in a great area to where you have the quiet but very close to great food and all Greenville has to offer.

Spotless place! Everything is organized and everything we needed was provided. We would stay again if we are ever back in Greenville.

This was such a wonderful experience. Peaceful, so clean and the communication was outstanding. My family was very impressed and enjoyed feeling exactly like we were at home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This was the second time we stayed at one of Abhishek’s properties and they are all beautiful, spotless, and homey. Our daughter is a student at ECU and we have a lot more visits in our future, and we will certainly be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The Sakura Retreat is really beautiful. The host is always politely responsive…The property is extremely well kept and welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet. You will love it. I know I did.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Sakura Retreat. It was as described in pictures and did not disappoint. The home was beautiful and clean. Abhishek communicated very well with us prior to our visit and during the visit. We will gladly stay here again in the future when we are back in Greenville.

Absolutely Incredible Stay! Wow-where do I even begin? From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every detail thought through to make the stay perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, yet felt luxurious at the same time. The comfort level here was unmatched-the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the amenities were beyond expectation, and everything worked flawlessly. It’s clear the hosts truly care about creating an unforgettable experience. The location was fantastic, the check-in process was seamless, and the overall vibe made me never want to leave. Honestly, if I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know and will absolutely be coming back!

Abhishek and Sukriti were very responsive to my questions prior to check-in. The property is very clean, comfortable, and matches the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and meets my needs perfectly. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

The condo gave us a front-row view of the beach and cozy inside spaces. The dolphin watching was fabulous - for hours, in fact! The king bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The condo complex was pleasant and safe. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub daily, and often had them all to ourselves. Would definitely book here again! The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

We made a last minute decision to take a trip to visit family and hit up the seafood festival. Found this gem….I have to give props to your cleaning crew because the place was spotless. As a mother of two small children I can’t express how important that is for us. The beds are comfortable and the view is beautiful. Thank you for your hospitality, great host. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing place! The view was incredible from the moment I opened the door. It was a perfect condo for my family of seven. The host responded quickly and was super helpful.

The area is beautiful and you can’t beat the views from the living room and deck. You can see the sunrise and the sunset. We saw dolphins every day.

My family and I had a wonderful time! We loved the ocean view and the location. Very clean house, exactly as shown in pictures. Very equipped kitchen, has all the basics you need to feel right at home. Abhishek was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

Our family had an excellent stay at this property! The location and amenities were great and the home itself was extremely clean and thoughtfully well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
